Akov (coming from Hungarian akó) is a 54l glass cask or bucket meant for brandy resting/maturing but also a “vintage” measuring unit pretty much as Quarter cask. Still, Akov is A LOT more – a full, bottled-up measure for all senses, sealed with ages of dedication and perfectionist-like commitment, shrewdly crafted to trigger your emotions in a distinctive way.

Akov’s story begins in Kraljevo, inspired by occasions in which our father wanted to have a fine glass of rakija or two with his friends. Then he got himself into know-how and production process to such detail so that he actually created/developed a brand(y) new sort of Serbian brandy i.e. rakija that is being produced in fertile soils of Raška region where seven Serbian kings were crowned.
