Cancellation of purchase
In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased through the Website without explanation within 14 days from the date when the product was delivered to you. If you want to withdraw from the contract for the sale of products concluded through the Website, you can do so by filling out and sending a withdrawal form that can be found on the Website, which you receive with the purchased products (on the back of the invoice) together with undamaged and unused products by mail to the address of Akov. The statement of withdrawal has legal effect from the day it is sent to Akov and is considered timely if it is sent within 14 days from the day the product is delivered, to you or to the third party you designated as the consignee.
In case you withdraw from the contract, you bear the costs of returning the product and you are obliged to return the purchased products to Akov within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract.
Akov is obliged to refund without delay the payments he received for the products, including delivery costs, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form, provided that he may defer the refund until he receives the products are returned, or until you provide proof that you shipped the products, whichever comes first. By purchasing the product, you give your explicit consent for the refund to be made to your current account, which you will specify in the withdrawal form.
Please note that it is possible to cancel the purchase of products that have been returned in the original packaging, that have not been used or damaged and that contain all accessories and accompanying documentation, as well as the original invoice.
