This way you will feel richer taste, the brandy will also leave “tears” below the brim coming from dense alcohol itself and essential oils.
Take one for the road… but at room temp. Rakija is meant to be gulped at room temperature. This gives you opportunity to grasp each note of its intricate taste.
Good old rakija gives off its full aroma only after the first sip. At first smell, really fine brandy simply emanates the fragrance of the fruit it’s made of.
